We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to MTN Group Limited, MTN Ghana, Telecel Group, Telecel Ghana, AT Ghana (formerly AirtelTigo), or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
The MTN name, logo, and yellow colour are trademarks of MTN Group Limited. The Telecel name and logo are trademarks of Telecel Group. The AirtelTigo/AT name and logo are trademarks of AT Ghana, wholly owned by the Government of Ghana. Their use on this platform is solely to describe the type of data bundle being sold, not to imply any official relationship.
Delivery Times
Data bundle delivery is subject to the operational status of the recipient network — MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo Ghana — and our third-party fulfilment partners. While most orders are delivered instantly, delivery may take 1–3 hours during periods of high network load or maintenance. Reload is not responsible for delays caused by third-party network issues.

A network is experiencing slight delays. Estimated: 1–3 hours. Your order will still be delivered. We will notify you once delivery is confirmed.
No Warranty
The Reload platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
Pricing
Bundle prices on Reload reflect our retail pricing and may differ from prices offered directly by MTN Ghana or other resellers. Prices are subject to change without notice.
SIM Eligibility
Data bundles are compatible with standard MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo Ghana SIMs only, matching the network the bundle was purchased for. Turbonet and Broadband SIMs are not eligible. It is the customer's responsibility to verify SIM type and network before purchasing. No refunds are issued for purchases made to ineligible SIMs or the wrong network.
